Protocol NAPISTAR 1-02: A multicenter, Phase Ib/II study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary clinical activity of TUB-040, in combination with standard ovarian cancer drugs in patients with high-grade epithelial serous or endometrioid epithelial ovarian cancer (OC)
Study Treatment
NaPi2b targeting antibody-drug conjugate TUB-040 in combination with carboplatin and bevacizumab.
Eligibility/Info
Eligible patients must have advanced high-grade serous or endometrioid epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer that is recurrent and platinum sensitive after 1-2 prior lines of treament that did not include a PARP inhibitor.
