Protocol 25-085-NCP: Signatera-Guided Initiation of Adjuvant CDK4/6 Inhibitor in Intermediate Risk HR+ HER2- Breast Cancer
Study Treatment
Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) surveillance will be performed using the Signater Genome assay. If positive, participants will initiate treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor in addition to ongoing hormonal therapy.
Eligibility/Info
Participants must have intermediate-risk, early-stage HR+/HER2- breast cancer and are planning long term adjuvant hormonal therapy.
