HER2 targeting TKI RO7771950 + Trastuzumab + Capecitabine vs Tucatinib + Trastuzumab + Capecitabine
Eligibility/Info
Eligible participants must have HER2+ advanced or metastatic HER2+ breast cancer. Must have previously been treated with at least 1 line of therapy including at least one HER2 targeting antibody-drug conjugate but no prior treatment with a HER2 targeting TKI.
